Stuck On Glitter

This journey begins with a love for Chanel, Miu Miu, Chloe and Dior by John Galliano. All fairly classic, beautiful designs from well-established designers. Taking my eye off those and branching out to Alexander McQueen, Pucci and House of Holland scares me a little bit, they may also be extremely well-established designers, but I could never see myself wanting to buy their designs. I am a fair realist when it comes to fashion, only appreciating what will look good on most people and what will look good on me (I wasn't blessed with a coat-hanger body) so therefore I tend to look at fashion that will suit me, if it is not from the designers that I adore. For the next posts, I'm going to look at designers, trends, styles, from fashion and beauty and try my hand at appreciating them and finding new designers or brands which inspire me to move away from all those glittery, pink, girly, classic, trends that hang in my wardrobe, sit on my shoe racks and live in my bathroom drawers...
